What days of the week do you provide your services?


We provide pool services, Monday to Saturday.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept e-transfer.

Can I pay you when you arrive or when the service is complete?


We require advance payment in order to book your cleaning service. This allows us to guarantee our availability for your pool service.

What if I need to skip an appointment?


We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to another day within the same week. If we cannot find another day within the same week, we will arrive the following week for any remaining appointments that you purchased.

Do you provide refunds?


We provide refunds based on the package selected and how many appointments you have remaining.
